Five Star Three Step Ordering Process

  1. Contact your local Five Star sales representative who will come out to your farm and make some recommendations around the most appropriate pellet (off the list or customised) or grain mix (customised) to suit your herd. The Five Star sales representative will also need to collect some delivery details and draw a ‘mud-map’ for the delivery driver at this visit. He will also leave a silo number/s with you if you need them as well.
  2. Fill in a credit application form it is important to sign the director’s guarantee and the privacy statement particularly. You will need to allow 3-5 working days for the account to be established before the first order. If you need a load within this period, we ask that you pay on delivery for the first one and then put future loads on the account.
  3. Phone your Five Star sales representative Iain 0417 540 343,  Michael 0448 931 100 or Ash 0447 044 996 to place your order, giving 3 days notice where possible. Please be specific with product requirements, tonnages and the appropriate silo to deliver it into. Orders can also be made through the office by phoning 5593 1100.
